O Patria Academy é o programa de estágio do Patria Investimentos, uma das maiores gestoras de investimentos alternativos da América Latina. Para a campanha de atração de talentos, assinei a direção de arte completa: identidade visual, design de peças, direção da landing page e toda a linguagem visual da campanha, do conceito às entregas online e offline. Planejei em conjunto com o time as captações do vídeo manifesto e dos depoimentos ao lado da produtora Paquino's, atuando também como 2ª câmera. Fiz a edição e o motion de todas as peças de social media. A campanha precisava traduzir a ambição e ao mesmo tempo o rigor da marca e a direção de arte foi o fio que costurou tudo isso.

Patria Academy is the internship program of Patria Investimentos, one of the largest alternative investment firms in Latin America. For the talent attraction campaign, I led the full art direction: visual identity, design pieces, landing page direction, and the entire visual language of the campaign, from concept to online and offline deliverables. Together with the team, I planned the shoots for the manifesto video and testimonials alongside production company Paquino's, also working as 2nd camera. I handled the editing and motion of every social media piece. The campaign needed to translate the brand's ambition and rigor at once and art direction was the thread that stitched it all together.
